HOLLY FULTON out of LONDON just finished designing dresses for SEX AND THE CITY 2! i came across an article on her in my "BIBLE",BRITISH VOGUE and i ADORE her new collection. HOLLY just won the YOUNG SCOTTISH DESIGNER OF THE YEAR award and the likes of CHERYL COLE AND POSH have been calling in her samples NON-STOP. she is definitely ONE TO WATCH!
