what i am noticing:
1. minimal jewels.stud earrings,not a lot of necklaces,bangles. the least amount of bling i've ever seen on an oscar carpet
2. clean makeup
3. hair off face,upswept
4. platform heels
5. flesh,white,blue colors of the nite
6. understated glamour. less is more
7. strapless chiffon gowns
a little boring this year :(
